2. Products
The products offered are natural dehydrated meals. Each product is presented as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur. Photos are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly represent the product.
3. Prices
All prices are shown in euros, including VAT. Applicable delivery fees are specified during the order process. Lowpact reserves the right to change its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the customer the price indicated at the time of order confirmation.
4. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.
Accepted payment methods: Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Debit card.
Payments are processed securely.
The sales contract is concluded at the moment the order confirmation is sent by email.
5. Delivery
Outside pre-order periods, orders are shipped within 7 working days after confirmation.
During pre-order periods, delivery takes place only after the pre-order ends. The expected shipping date is indicated on the product page or at checkout.
Delivery is available in Belgium and selected European countries, depending on the options offered.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to withdraw, provided the product remains unopened.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
7. Claims
Any claim for a damaged or incorrect product must be made within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by supporting photos.

If the claim is valid, a replacement or refund will be offered, without prejudice to your legal rights.
8. Liability
Lowpact cannot be held responsible for improper use of its products. Nutritional information is provided for informational purposes only and does not replace medical advice.
Lowpact’s liability is limited to cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct, except where otherwise required by law.
9. Privacy Policy (GDPR)
The data collected (name, email, address, order history) is used exclusively for:

All data is hosted within the EU on servers managed by Hostinger.

11. Applicable Law
Belgian law applies. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Lowpact’s registered office, unless otherwise required by law.
